1. Submit Your Delivery Request
Use our online form to submit a Delivery Request. As long as you submit the order before noon, it is guaranteed a delivery attempt* will be made on the same day.
*a successful delivery requires that someone be present to sign and accept delivery of the medication
2. Receive Your Confirmation Message
Once you submit your order request, you will receive a confirmation email that contains your order summary as well as whether or not it will be delivered same day.
3. Make sure Someone is Home to Accept the Delivery
Our delivery protocol requires that there must be someone 18 years or older at the address to receive and sign for the medication.
